Engine Maintenance.

There are few facilities for engine repair where we travel and often no other boats for help.   The only solution is to have an aggressive schedule of preventative maintenance.  Our engine work starts before we go and continues after we get back.  This means we carry tools and spares--even a hand crank to start the engine if the battery dies.
