Logistics for MBTI® Workshop Sponsors
This information is provided to the site coordinator of a contracting
organization for a Myers-Briggs Qualifying Workshop led by Zeisset Associates.
Room arrangements, supplies and
equipment, and food breaks are the responsibility
of the contracting organization.
Please have a designated person to handle any site questions or problems
as they arise during the workshop.
A checklist appears at the end of this document. |
Room Set-up
Room arrangement:
-
U-shape preferable, at least for the last two days. Rounds acceptable.
Rectangular tables acceptable if angled so participants see each other
-
6'-8' x 30" table for presenter, with overhead on table.
-
Participants need sufficient space to work in 3-ring binder and in textbook
at same time (tables at least 24" wide). If tables are narrow, consider
using two widths of table.
Days 1, 2, and application day (5-day workshop) or Days 1 and 2 (4-day workshop):
-
Many short periods in break-outs (usually 4 groups; may be up to 6)
-
Best if room is large enough to accommodate break-outs within room
Last day:
-
Separate space for those who finish exam, so workshop room remains quiet
(late morning)
-
Second separate space to accommodate up to 8 people for video-taping (late
morning and early afternoon)
-
Groups of up to 6 tape with one trainer and a camera operator secured
by the workshop facilitator while rest of participants engage in
other activities
