When bidding the hand, I chose to rebid Two Clubs but I thought raising Spades with three card support was fine. Both imperfect answers, but I hated rebidding 1NT and I won't reverse into Two Diamonds. I also refuse to open the bidding One Diamond and rebid Two Clubs. I have yet to be convinced that minor suit canapes are right. Two Diamonds is a variant of NMF I play when Opener rebids his Clubs. |
