I am an artist that lives in Los Angeles, CA., and I am currently looking for a progressive and adventurous
company to work for. I am a writer, composer, musician, actor, entertainer and an independent researcher.
I learned the art of acting at the Alese Marshall Acting School. Over the years I have worked on various film
projects. These have included experimental films I made with friends along with my final for Cal State Dominguez, CA. I played
the part of Tom Hayden in Raymond Pettibon's underground classic "Weathermen 69" with Mike Watt, Sonic Youth, etc. I also
had a featured part in "Forrest Gump." Other projects have included, "Amazing Dream - Cosmic Joke Productions", "As Cool as
It Gets - Wizmo Productions" "Mank - Scarecrow Productions" "Blessing in Disguise - Tower Films" "No Reply - Cable Television"
"King of the Hill" Minutemen Video and others.
I am currently working on a screenplay called, "Freedom Rules" which is about a high school graduate who gets
involved in an intergalactic power struggle, then saves the universe (based on a true story).
For many years I have developed my creative spontaneity by jamming and playing with a variety of rock bands
and orchestras (bass, guitar, trumpet, keyboards, etc.). From the improvisational art rock group Wasted Space...to the cool
jazz funk of the Invisible Chains to the punk rock of Tragicomedy...to the highly critically acclaimed Minutemen.
I also have been trained classically and in jazz improvisation on trumpet. My teacher was Maestro Joseph Valenti
conductor of the Peninsula Symphony who learned under Rafael Mendez.
Over the years I have worked as being a musical composer of a variety of styles (Rock, Pop, Classical, Film,
etc.). This includes creating and performing in three original children's musicals The Wishing Tree, A Cowboy's Christmas
and Halloween Follies. I also acted in these productions.
I was also the programmer for the radio show, "The Cocktail Hour" on KCSN Northridge a cool lounge music experience.
Although my artistic endeavors are extensive in the field of music, I have branched out into other avenues
of the arts over time.
I was trained in Graphic Arts at the Southern California Regional Occupation Center, where I learned PhotoShop,
Pagemaker, etc.
As an inventor, many years ago I invented the concept of "Awakening Sounds." These are custom sound combinations
that awaken one from sleep with a slow gradual sound volume increase.
I have gone down a variety of other roads in my life which have included working as a Legal Assistant for
a major entertainment law firm and and as an independent internet researcher creating a number of surveys such as "The Sleep
Survey - The Awakening Process" "Analog vs. Digital Sound" and "Global Warming Causes."
I have also written a book called, "Civilization's Quotations - Life's Ideal." This book uses famous quotes
in a unique order that creates the "Ideal Life" we all aspire to.
