Totalitarianism
to·tal·i·tar·i·an (tō-tāl'ĭ-tār'ē-ən) Pronunciation Key adj. Of, relating
to, being, or imposing a form of government in which the political authority exercises absolute and centralized control over
all aspects of life, the individual is subordinated to the state, and opposing political and cultural expression is suppressed:
"A totalitarian regime crushes all autonomous institutions in its drive to seize the human soul" (Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr.)
Those countries whose governments are usually characterized as totalitarian were Germany, under
the National Socialism of Adolf Hitler; the USSR, particularly under Joseph Stalin; and the People's Republic of China, under
the Communist rule of Mao Zedong (Mao Tse-tung). Other governments have also been called totalitarian, for example, those
of Italy under Benito Mussolini, North Korea under Kim Il Sung, Syria under Hafez al-Assad, and Iraq under Saddam Hussein.
John Adams said that "the moment that idea is admitted into society that property is not as
sacred as the Laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.
Property must be sacred or liberty cannot exist."

Update
My wife talked to one of the county inspectors about the coffee shop situation and the other problems. With out
prompting he went off on how you can not sue the county and what the board of supervisors pass and rule on is the word
of God, and that even the Supreme court could not tell them what to do.
This is the attitude of most of the people at the county that we have run in to. They think it is a joke when you
mention to them about the founding fathers writings and intentions of private property and liberty. We are surly loosing our
rights incrementally, it is the old story of the frog in the frying pan, if you heat it slowly the frog
won't know he is cooked untill it is to late.

ccc meeting
So we had a hearing with the county today and they flat out denied us everything that they had told
us we could do. The coffee shop, Christmas tree lot and of course the pumpkin patch. My neighbors showed up at the meeting
,my wife wanted to know what botherd them so much, so she and my young son went over to talk to them, everyone loves
my wife, nice gal , great personality. She came back telling me about how the lady's husband was spewing profanities
at her, calling her a F---- B--- and more. There is something much more going on here than meets the eye.

Here are a few quotes from the founding fathers and others on property rights. The Governments, local
and other wise beleive they are smarter than the founding fathers, the people that built this country.
"No other rights are safe where property is not safe." -- Daniel Webster
"The right of distribution over private property is the essence of freedom." -- Merrill Jenkins From the Virginia Bill Of Rights, 1776:
Voltaire wrote, "Liberty and property is
the great national cry of the English. . . It is the cry of nature".
Stephen Hopkins, from Rhode Island, in 1764 said, "they who have no
property can have no freedom."
According to John Locke, "The great chief
end therefore, of Mens uniting into Commonweaths, and putting themselves under Government, is the Preservation of their Property."
He also said, "Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to
slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any
further obedience,..." -- John Locke, 2nd Treatise of Government, 1690
"A power over a man's subsistence amounts to a power over his will"", according to Alexander Hamilton (quoted from The Federalist #79)
John Adams said that "the moment that
idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the Laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and
public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. Property must be sacred or liberty cannot exist."
"The Natural Rights of the colonists are these: first, a right to life; second, to liberty; third
to property; together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can.", according to
Samuel Adams.
"The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent
in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed and that
they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of press."--Thomas
Jefferson
