Further Study

You can ask the Tarot anything and receive an answer. But if you are unclear about what you are asking, you will be unclear about the answer you receive.

There are three main points you need to clear on when asking a question of the Tarot:
1) What area of life you are considering?
Relationships
Home & Family
Parents
Children
Work
Money
Health
Travel
Spiritual Pathway
2) What time frame are you considering?
Right now
Right now with a week before and after
The coming year
A particular phase of your life
3) What kind of information are you interested in?
Hopes & Fears
Subconscious
Conscious
Advantages
Disadvantages
Another Point of View
Resources
Highest Outcome
Hindrances

Your answers to these questions can be very broad or very specific depending on your needs.

One fine question is simply, "What do I need to know right now?" This question is about 1) all areas of life, 2) right now, and 3) information I need.

You could also be very specific. An example of this might be a question like: "What kinds of subconscious motives do I have about my love life that will come up in the coming year?" You are interested in 1) your love life, 2) the coming year and 3) information regarding subconscious motives.
