RATES
Actual rates depend on the individual
resident's required level of care and the size of a particular room.

Shared room with
bath $1750 - $2000 per month
·
Private room without
bath $1900 - $2200 per month
·
Private room with
bath $2000 - $2600 per month
An additional fee of $200 per month is
added for incontinence if applicable.
These rates include all basic services.
The only potential additional fees would be for options such as:
- Cable TV in room
- Private telephone line in room
- Hairdresser/ Beautician services
- etc
