| Is this your employees' "Stress Break"? |
Mind&BodyWorks brings yoga or stress reduction classes to your office...
|
 |
Yoga Suzanne offers group classes
through your company's Human Resources and Benefits department. (Select "Corporate Yoga Classes" link at left.) All that is
required is an available conference room. Classes can be paid for by the company as a health benefit for employees, or directly
by the employees themselves. Click "Feedback Form" link at left to request more information or to have us call you.
Yoga at Your Desk This program can be offered by your company as a one-hour workshop or an ongoing
series of classes. Information on reducing symptoms of stress, including headaches, back ache, and muscle tension, as well
as alleviating the effects of sitting motionless, such as poor circulation, afternoon slump, and lack of concentration, is
presented clearly and simply. Employees practice simple yoga stretches that they can do at their desks, and then receive written
material and biofeedback tools to help reinforce what they've learned. Click "Feedback Form" link
at left to request more information or to have us call you.
Yoga in the Sky
This program can be offered by your company as a one-hour
workshop or an ongoing series of classes.Yoga in the Sky© teaches airline travelers ways to make their flight more comfortable, healthy, and
relaxing, all within the space of 23" (the measurement of the average seat room in coach). In view of the increasing incidence
of blood clots in the lower extremities associated with sitting for long periods in airline seats, and the number of stories
about stressed-out passengers, Suzanne believes the time has come for Yoga in the Sky. Materials provided with the program
include biofeedback tools and a tipsheet, "Top 10 Tips for a Better Flight."
