In these group coaching sessions, I guide your group through a customized process toward the group intention. I recommend learning a process for cultivating healthy relationships and powerful collaboration skills during the formation of any group. However, I am quite able to guide a willing (even if somewhat scared and reluctant) group through the process of working through issues and conflicts that naturally arise in all human relationships. The first step, and the one that is often missing, is to honor and hear each individual, which usually clears many of the personal wounds as well as obstacles to harmonious co-creations and solutions. Instead of sticking to business as usual, this is a heart full process that brings the whole individuals to the table in a much more effective way. We do these group sessions in person with an option for individuals to continue by phone. Sessions are scheduled as needed.

Couples coaching is designed to support you in connecting deeply with your whole self and with each other, by fully feeling and expressing your truth and vulnerability and by learning to listen with all your senses. Just as in group coaching, the first step, often the one that is missing, is to honor and hear each other fully, allowing for the clearing and healing of personal wounds. In my view this is one of the gifts of intimate relationship, especially if we can see it as a shared adventure and know that it is quite natural and expected for issues to arise in honest human relationships. If we treat the issues that arise as opportunities for clarity, growth, healing and deepening instead of as obstacles, then it becomes easy to co-create solutions to fulfill the true desires of both partners. If possible, we usually do the initial sessions in person with an option to continue by phone, either individually or together. I recommend starting with 3 sessions. Otherwise sessions are scheduled as needed.
