Truth in Justice is a well-rounded site that contains reports of injustices, and discussions of how injustice happens. Of particular interest are their pages on Junk Science and Eyewitness Identification. It also posts the eye-opening report Convicting the Innocent, by James McCloskey, Director of Centurion Ministries.
The Howard Bradley Got Screwed Page is an exceptionally well documented tale of injustice that does not hesitate to name names.
The Wrongly Convicted lists 75 people sentenced to death by American courts later found to be innocent by the courts themselves. Part of the National Conference on Wrongful Convictions and the Death Penalty website.

The Jeff Dicks Story complains of the unfair conviction of Jeff Dicks for murder. Because of separate trials, and unfair legal technicalities, evidence used to prove another person guilty was ruled inadmissible in Jeff's trial. Justice Denied -- The Jimmy Rodwell Story discusses the conviction for murder of Jimmy Rodwell, based entirely on the word of a career criminal who, charged with numerous crimes years after the killing, made an immunity deal with prosecutors just to say Jimmy was guilty, while prosecutors and the judge concealed his background. Meanwhile, favorable witnesses were pressured to keep their mouths shut. See also Darlene Potito's Home Page that also discusses this case.
The Oliver Jovanovic Story tells of a trial where normal rules went out the window. The rape complainant had a long history of false sexual abuse complaints, and medical experts said she tried to fake medical evidence in this case, but the judge would not let the jury hear this or other important evidence. Another good site on this story is at World Net Daily.

Qui-Tam - On Behalf of the People is an extensively documented site that exposes corruption by bank officials, attorneys, federal officials and judges. John and Rhetta Sweeney won a multi-million dollar judgment against a bank for fraud. The directors made off with billions, but never paid the judgment against them. Corruption in the Michigan Courts has an interesting name and an interesting tale to tell about a man railroaded into a conviction, and then when the judge realized his mistake and granted a new trial, the higher courts would not let him, largely because of prosecutorial lying.
The West Memphis Three were convicted in The Robin Hood Hills Murders. The 3 were blamed on no evidence, except the confession of a mentally retarded youth who first claimed innocence, and passed a polygraph test, before being badgered into confessing. The main focus of the trial was the musical preferences of one of the defendants. New scientific evidence suggests a new suspect.
The Tom Randolph website discusses the prosecution of an attorney for the killing of his wife, which Randolph indicates happened during a robbery. The police began a prosecution 18 years after the death, based on the testimony of someone Randolph had successfully sued for a client, forcing them to pay $10,000 for fraud.
Elizabeth Krusinga is in prison for 12 to 20 years for shooting her boyfriend, who was attacking her. The man who was shot desperately wants her out, but it seems victims are heard only when they are against the accused.
The Free Jimmy Segura Web Site details the tragic story of a formerly young man who has spent the last 20 years doing life for murder, where the testimony of the deal-making witnesses against him could not possibly be true. Giving in to severe police pressure, the witnesses are heard on tape asking for the details they needed to get their stories straight.
Beware of Dishonest Prosecutors, warns one Florida web site that asks the question "Fair trial? What planet are you from?"
Injustice at the Hampton Fire Department makes strong allegations that racists in the fire department are murdering black patients while responding to 911 calls, and blasts several named public officials for refusing to take action.

False accusations of rape or sexual abuse, unfortunately, are more common than we would like to think, and this site tells many horror stories. Of interest is the debunking of the well-publicized claim that only 2% of such charges are false, the same as for other crimes, when obviously we would have no way of knowing what percentage of accusations are false, in rape or any other crime.
