I am working directly with Mitch Marcoulier in several capacities.  Dozens of
machines, parts, etc.

PSVs sound warmer because they are noisier.

>Regarding your tests, the DDV's cut off above 7khz. True? and Why?

(ref. to hacking)  Not "cut off" but "roll off".  The multichannel outputs affect the sound.  It is
essentially a computerized analog mixer.  There are upgrades to the multichannel.
The DtoD has no MD so the sound is REALLY pure.  The PSVs noise helps mask that
"Roll Off" supposedly.  Not entirely sure since more testing is necessary.  Also,
the older a machine gets, the capacitors on the voice cards dry up.  Hence and
warmer sound.
