-How can we select SIMILAR notes to copy and paste
from one track to the other? In this case a bass drum could be
selected with one command and copied to another track for different
output routing while the snare on the same source track will stay for
another output routing? Do you get the idea? Tell me if there are ways
   to do this easily now.

Go to your sequencer 'S' page.  Select "Edit Filter".  If all your kick drums are on "C1" then  under "All pitches" change this to "value" and enter "C1" to "C1".  Turn the Edit Filter "On".  Use your copy and paste command to process only the selected data to the new track.  You can use the same commands to erase only those notes.  Voila!  You have copied the Kick to another track for independent control.
