| The Kahnderosa is located on 8.5 acres of beautiful riverfront. There is easy access to the water for fishing, tubing, or just cooling off. Restroom and shower facilities on the grounds are available to our patrons. Several areas within the park are shaded by large maple and pine trees. A full section of grassy meadow is ideal for those who enjoy tenting. Three large fire pits are convenient for nightly bonfires. There are 21 water & electric hook-ups which 5 have sewer and all have pull-thru convenience. An RV dumpsite is also located on the property. We are the only Campground centrally located next to over 70 miles of paved bike trail that leads you through the wonderful scenic view of The Silver Valley. Bike, hike, roller blade, or just walk during the summer and enjoy cross country skiing in the winter. Convenient Restaurants are located in Cataldo (Mission Inn) and at Exit #41 (Enaville Resort) Keep us in mind next time you plan your vacation or a weekend getaway. The Cataldo Mission, (Exit 39), is the oldest standing building in Idaho. Built by Jesuit Priests and members of the Coeur d’Alene Indian Tribe, the structure was completed in 1854. The foot thick walls were built without nails. |
