BOOK SIGNING: August 20, 2004, Murfreesboro Library, Murfreesboro, Ar. at 2:00 PM, for Cassie's Clearing.
A few people braved the rain showers to come by the Library. But, due to the weather, turnout was down, and the
event will be rescheduled. There was a lot of interest in those who came by and who bought Cassie's Clearing.
A big thanks to the Murfreesboro Library and for their cooperation, I gave a book to the Library as a gift.

| Kirby 4th Grade Classes, Kirby, Arkansas |
January 7, 2005, I visited with the two fourth grade classes at Kirby Elementary School, Kirby, Arkansas. It was
a very informative and fun event. The students had prepared a list of questions from where I got my ideas, how long
it took me to write a story, do I like writing, when did I start writing, where I get my characters to questions about if
I used a computer, or a dictionary and revision and editing.
I want to thank Mrs. Delores Cowart and Mrs. Tolleson for allowing me to come visit their classes and I enjoyed visiting
with the students.
