Mom and Pop fox chose an abandonned ground hog hole for their
den on property between two farms that raise chickens for eggs. These are some of the most well-fed kits I've ever seen!
A litter of chicken bones led to discovery of their den. I set up my blind for several days for them to get used to
it, and was successful on two or three days. Usually, one or two would venture from the den; this is the only
good shot I have with all five of the kits outside the den. The little guy on the left is named "Bashful", and rarely
ventured forth; the guy on the right was the most curious.
