How does it work?

I conduct my one-on-one Wellness Coaching services over the telephone, which provides you with the following benefits:

  • You don't have to waste time and energy in traffic trying to get to me.

  • You will experience my services from the convenience and comfort of your own home or office.

  • You can pick a time that best fits your schedule.

  • You will experience what it means to have someone completely devoted to your needs.



  • The Coaching Process

    1. You provide background information through a comprehensive online questionnaire so that I am well-informed on your key issues, including medical limitations.

    2. During the first 90-minute coaching session, we will review your questionnaire and work on a unique plan that caters to your needs. You will commit orally to an appropriate coaching program. You will confirm that you are ready to make changes and discuss a personal wellness vision, three month priorities and manageable realistic goals. I will help you define and commit to 3-5 goals, or small steps toward the three-month goals, for the following week.

    3. In each subsequent 30-45 minute coaching session, each week or as needed, we will review the progress towards the former week's goals. Together we will develop a solution to overcome obstacles, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. Each week you will experience an opportunity to learn more about yourself. This self-discovery process is crucial and an integral part of the change process.

    4. After a few weeks of coaching sessions, you will begin to notice improvements in how you feel and look, and your motivation to continue your efforts to change will increase.

    5. Sometimes in the second and third months, you may hit one or more obstacles. Together, we will work hard to find solutions to overcome each obstacle to reach the goal of establishing your new lifestyle behaviors.

    Note: By the end of three months, typically clients reach more than 70% of their three-month goals and are energized and confident to commit to changing new areas.
