Services: ALTA/ACSM Land Title SurveysALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys must meet very specific requirements defined by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying & Mapping. Included in the "ALTA Survey" certification is the requirement that Professional Land Surveyors meticulously review title documents and perform a rigorous survey of the boundary and any improvements of the subject property. A finished ALTA map shows boundary lines, easements and other encumbrances, and details all improvements on a property. An "ALTA Survey" may be required when purchasing commercial properties.
