	In 1974 Marc Sengin graduated from the University of Hartford HARTT COLLEGE OF MUSIC, as a clarinet major, with a degree in Music Ed. Upon graduation he performed full-time in nightclub bands on sax, flute, clarinet, and vocals for a few years. This was followed by years of performing in "wedding" bands while maintaining a day job.
	Following a revelation in 1987, Marc became passionately involved with fine wine.  His quest for knowledge and experience was (and is) insatiable.  In addition, in 1991, he began to recork "Old & Rare" wines for collectors.  His tasting experience includes several thousands of bottles of these wines dating back as far as the mid-19th century. This experience is unique and unequalled and his knowledge is extensive. For over ten years he represented importers & distributors of small-production wineries from France, Italy, Australia, Germany, Austria, Portugal, and the US.  He has visited many of these wineries, frequently staying at the homes of winemakers.  He is available to plan wine tastings/dinners, seminars, etc., and any other wine consultation.
	Marc's love of musical performance was re-initiated in 1995 after years of absence; only now it was something different altogether. He combined his eternal love for singing with acoustic guitar accompaniment.  Marc's selections are the "Folk & Pop Songs of the 60's & 70's"; some of the greatest songs ever written in this genre.  You know, the songs of Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Joni Mitchell, Beatles, John Denver, Crosby-Stills-and Nash, etc. These songs need to be heard, remembered, and kept alive through performance.  Their messages have profound meaning and substance.  They should not be forgotten.   Marc's musical services are available for  private parties, cocktails, dedications, background music, retirement communities, restaurants, municipal events, coffee houses, and other functions. He is also available to plan & lead wine-tastings and other functions for private parties or larger organizations, and to teach Intro to Wine and Wine Appreciation courses.
