I was coordinating a wedding at the Fess Parker Double Tree. Two weeks before the event, the groom called me to inquire about renting a surprise horse and carriage. Frantic, and afraid that everything may be booked, I started making calls immediately. Mariah, not only got back to me right away, but was able to fit the late night ride into her schedule. She also met me onsite to go over the pick up location and beach ride route.

We hired Wind Walker Carriages for our fundraising event this past September, and couldn’t have asked for a better compliment to our event. A surprising number of our guests took carriage rides, with people waiting throughout the evening for their turn in the carriage. Several told me that the carriage reminded them of carriages in Central Park, New York. Others spoke about how picture-perfect the carriage and driver in top hat were against our beautiful ranch backdrop. I was a coordinator with Event of the Season and I had the pleasure of working with Mariah Walker of Wind Walker Carriages in September of 2007. Mariah was very professional and accommodating. She took the time to meet with me on-site and was able to walk through every detail of her plan for the wedding. Mariah was able to answer all of my questions and she put any concerns that I had to ease.

She made our bride's dream come true. The carriage and horse were beautiful. It was right out of a fairy tale. The wedding had a fall theme and Mariah had a "Just Married" sign with fall leaves attached to the back of the carriage.

I would highly recommend Wind Walker Carriages to anyone looking to put that unforgettable, magic touch on their event.

My husband and I always wanted to have a horse and carriage at our wedding. Wind Walker Carriages was the company we chose for several reasons. First their prices were competitive which is very important when you are trying to stick to a budget for the wedding. Second, they providided outstanding service. Mariah came to our locations several days in adnvace to check out the route and evaluate it. This ensured me that things would run smoothly on our special day. On the day of our wedding her and her father arrived right on schedule and was very friendly and they had decorated the carriage beautifully to match the autumn themed wedding. Lastly, she and the horse were extremely patient throughout the entire process which made for beautiful pictures which we will treasure for a lifetime. The carriage ride was just the break we needed in between the wedding and reception to relax and enjoy a moment alone. Thank you so much Mariah for helping to make our day so special!!
