The William Winchester Chapter NSDAR is a lineage society centered in Carroll County, Maryland.
It furthers the objectives of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution -
patriotism, education, and historic preservation.
The Chapter was organized on December 28, 1938, and has 93 members. It is currently the only DAR chapter in Carroll County.
