Jim Knickelbine – Executive Director of Woodland Dunes Nature Center

  • Good Reading – Informational Books and Suggested Reading List
  • Seed/Plant Exchange – Bring your extra seed or dig up a native plant to share and trade.  Also free mixed native seeds for all who attend!
  • Plant Sale Table – Pre-order nursery grown native plants.  Order $100.00 worth or more and receive a free Lake Woods Wild Ones membership!  Now that’s a deal!
  • Lake Woods Wild Ones Membership Information – Check out past newsletters and receive a list of upcoming events.  Join at our Open House and a “seasoned” member will offer to help you identify native plants growing “wild” at your home!

Organization News

      Hello Wild Ones!

      May 16th Woodland Dune Bird Breakfast.  Our group will be selling wild flower plants once again.  Anyone able to help unload the flowers should be there around 7 am. 
       
       TBD – Meeting at Maribel Caves County Park at 6:30 PM.  The group will pull some invasive garlic mustard and do wildflower identification.  Bring your wildflower guide books.

This chapter is located in the Two Rivers/Manitowoc area covering the Lake Michigan lakeshore area in Eastern Wisconsin. Meetings are being held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM usually at the Woodland Dunes Nature Center on Highway 310, Two Rivers.
