This warranty applies only to Linear products.

What is covered: Any defect in materials or workmanship.

Length of Warranty: One year from purchase date.

WIDE-WORLD-ONE Responsibility: If your Linear product is defective and returned to the place of purchase within one year of the date of purchase, WIDE-WORLD-ONE will replace your purchase at no charge. If your place of purchase is unable to replace your defective purchase with a new one, please call Toll Free Number 1-888-656-1611 and our customer service department will inform you where to send for a replacement. Please make yourself aware of the refund policy of your place of purchase as this warranty only covers the replacement or repair of Linear  products.WIDE-WORLD-ONE does not refund money to customers who have not purchased products directly from us. If we replace your Linear product it may be replaced with the same or similar design. The repair and replacement warranty for these replacement products will be one year from the date that WIDE-WORLD-ONE receives your defective purchase.

Note: On All Linear Products there will be a 35% re-stocking Fee on all    returns.

Limitations: Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to one year from the date of purchase. We will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your Linear product, or property damage caused by your Linear product or its failure to work or any other incidental or consequential damages.

What is not Covered: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our warehouse facility, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood and acts of God.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

State Law Rights: This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This Warranty is the only one we give on your LINEAR  product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your Linear product. There are no other express warranties. Linear does not authorize any party to assume for it any other obligation or liability.

The above DVS 2400 Alarm System above is the FREE alarm system we are giving away! The only cost to the consumer is for the monthly Central Station Monitoring, at about  $1.00 per day  on a 1 year, 2 year, 3 year or 5 year contract from the consumer.
