Money
I will help you stay on top of your day to day spending, assist you with bill organization, aide you in developing a savings plan, and show you how to become more frugal without suffering.

Time
I will help you create more time for the things you enjoy doing and teach you to be more selfish with your time.

Stuff
I will assist you in sorting through all the piles, drawers, and corners you have been avoiding.

Space
Using your intuitive sensibilities, together we will arrange and decorate your home, work space or office in a manner suiting the energy of you and your co-workers or family. My approach is based on placing and selecting items for your space that symbolize what you want in life.

CHRONIC DISORGANIZATION
Definition:
Chronic disorganization is disorganization that has a long history, undermines one's quality of life on a daily basis, and recurs.

Are you chronically disorganized?

Ask yourself these three questions:

1. Has getting organized been a challenge for you most of your adult life?

2. Does being disorganized negatively affect your quality of life in some way every day?

3. Have you been unable to sustain organization?

If you answered YES to each of these questions, you are chronically disorganized. If you did not answer YES to all of them, you will still benefit from my organizing approaches and methods.

MY BACKGROUND

I have a Master's Degree in Theatre Arts and have been a Theatre, English, Speech, and English as a Second Language college instructor since 1986 and I have training in non - profit management and theatrical design. I am a member of the National Association of Drama Therapy and I specialize in chronic disorganization.

I am a reformed mess - maker and spendthrift who has personal and professional experience helping others organize their money, time, space, & stuff. I am a self - taught organization coach who applies what I have learned from The Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, California and numerous resources on organizing and frugality.

My fee will be $25.00 an hour plus $.05 a mile for travel expenses.
We will meet for a three - hour intake session and then for three hours every two weeks.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Organizational coaching, which is not advice, therapy, counseling, or house cleaning may address specific personal projects, business success, or general organizational conditions in the client's life or profession.

Other organizational coaching services include clarification of your priorities, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating in life. I promise all information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. Throughout our working relationship we will engage in direct and personal conversation. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. With your permission, I will work to keep you accountable to you life goals through organization.

MY APPROACH

Depending on your personal style, you may prefer a practical blitzkrieg approach to organizational coaching; you'll want me in and out of there with great results and no fuss.
Others of you may appreciate an partnership approach to clutter clearing. For you I am qualified to coach a variety of visualization, meditation, breath, and role-playing techniques to help you develop the clarity and energy you need to create balance and alignment between your life and space.

Before we begin organizing we will have an intake session where I will ask you questions about your life values and goals. This will be an opportunity for me to understand how you view the world in general, and yourself and your space in particular. It will help me identify your organizational challenges and begin to plan the best path for us to take.
Our first meeting will be an intake session where we design our alliance as a coach and client. During this session we will determine your agenda with your money, time, space, and stuff. We will determine how you want to be coached through your organizing sessions, and we will create a strategy based on your style, values, and personal goals.
The intake session last 3 hours. 
ORGANIZING SESSIONS

Each organizing session will last three hours.
FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
******************
After the intial organization is complete, I will be available for occasional three hour sessions to help you maintain your organization.
 I will also be available for half-hour weekly phone conversations. These discussions will help you maintain your clutter control and inspire you to keep your life chaos free.
SUPPLIES

For the initial organization sessions you will need to provide the following supplies:
1. Large, durable trash bags
2. Empty boxes for sorting
3. Dust cloth and spray
4. Broom and dustpan
5. Box of plain manila folders
6. Post-It Notes
7. Pen and Pencil
8. Notepad
9. File folders
10. Labels ( I recommend you purchase a P-Touch Home & Hobby label maker at Office Max)
11.Corrugated banker's boxes
I will be happy to provide necessary supplies for our sessions providing I am reimbursed at the conclusion of the appointment.
Also, there may be other clutter control supplies and organizers you may want to purchase. I will be available to research the most cost effective supplies available.

TERMS

I kindly request payment for all services at the conclusion of the appointment unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
I am available to work with you most weekdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and select Saturdays.
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. For any appointment missed or canceled without 48 hour prior notification, there will be a half of appointment charge due.
