Southern Heritage Bar-B-Que features bar-b-que pork, ribs,
chicken, beef brisket, and smoked sausage. A Burnt End BBQ sandwich
is one of the menu options. You can also buy pimento cheese to take
home or as a sandwich ready to eat.
The Brunswick stew is very good. The other sides are baked potato,
coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, and French fries.
Homemade desserts include fried peach and apple pies, German
chocolate cake, regular brownies as well as Amaretto brownies.
Order at the counter inside or from the drive-thru window. The main
dining area has several tables for eating inside.
Directions: Southern Heritage is on the south side of U.S. Highway
80. As a point of reference, it is about 4 miles west from the
courthouse in the center of downtown Dublin. It is also about 0.5
miles east of the Wal-Mart.
