The Shrimp Boat was a popular chain of fast food restaurants back in the 1960's. Not many of the Shrimp Boats are still around in Georgia, but there is one that remains in business on the south side of Milledgeville. Fried chicken is the most popular item on the menu. Of course, fried shrimp as well as fish are available as well.
