The Oil Lamp Restaurant is a cafeteria serving country cooking. It has been in Perry since 1996, but moved to a new location in the summer of 2009. New hours were added as well, so evening meals are now an option. It is as a good place for family dining and is an easy stop off I-75. There are usually at least three entrees that may include shredded roast beef, fried chicken, meat loaf, shredded ham, turkey, or fried tilapia.

Desserts include a variety of homemade pies and cakes.

Directions from I-75, exit 135:  go east for 0.2 miles and then turn left on General Courtney Hodges Blvd. Go 0.3 miles and the Oil Lamp will be on the left (north) side.
