Georgia Bob's shares part of a building with a convenience store/gas station. But the dining area is good, similar to a fast food type restaurant. Order at the counter and you will be called when your order is ready. A drive-thru window is also available.

Barbeque pork, ribs, and chicken are on the menu as well as side dishes of stew, fries, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw or potato chips. Beef brisket is a new addition to the menu. Chicken tenders are on the menu for kids. Banana pudding and Chocolate Delight are the two dessert choices.

I like the Carolina Barbeque sandwich, which comes with regular cole slaw on the sandwich. The chicken salad is also very good. A lot of lunchtime customers come to Georgia Bob's for a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato along with chips or fries.

Directions from I-75, Exit 144 - go east on Richard B. Russell Parkway for a little over five miles. Get into the left lane and turn left at the traffic light onto Houston Lake Road. Then immediately turn right into the parking lot to Georgia Bob's.
