The reason to an ending
To begin again

The path I walk
You know not of

To move gently forward
The fight to hold back

My life that grows
Of which you wither from

My desire to move ahead

I carry to my future

To be cherished and remembered

That which come not of you

As I move along joyfully

The door that must open

I wish you to understand
This was not of my plan

Only the one Creator made
Long before my life began

These voids in my life
That now must be filled

My love for you has changed
But will always remain

The new path you must walk
