I just don't feel a lot of motivation to start a diet. I know I need to, for my health's sake. What's a good kickstart? Do I need to fall in love with someone or get insulted by a stranger or go to a hypnotist? Actually, I have thought about trying to change my eating habits through a hypnotist... But seriously, I had some ice cream for breakfast, and I didn't feel badly about it. But then again, I'm not gaining weight and I try not to look at myself naked in the mirror too much. It's a combination of comfort and fooling myself.

wow. i really would love to get the Stott Pilates tape Nicole! I've been interested in pilates for a long time but never realy knew where to start....
