The Grind video is a great idea. I would like a video that uses dance moves...
I have an old Step video that I've used for years. I haven't done it for a while, though. It's a great workout. I also have all of the Richard Simmons Sweatin' tapes. Well, not all of them, but close. I like those. Richard kooky and keeps me motivated.
I only have one yoga tape and that's Denise Austin. I enjoy her dorkiness, but I know many people don't. It's a beginner tape with yoga and pilates. I like it, it's a keeper.
It's nice to have a mix of videos to keep a little variety. I also have a Cindy Crawford one, Kathy Smith and a couple other ones I can't think of right now.
But many of them have gone unused for years. Sigh...

I use the following videos:
I have all of the Tae Bo tapes, from the originals to Tae Bo II "Get Ripped." I like Tae Bo because the cardio is great, plus it works the muscles. The stomach really gets a workout. The Tae Bo Live series is great because they use dance music that we all know.
I also use The Method series of tapes, which concentrate on yoga and Pilates. I like these because the music is modern drum-beat type music and it's reminiscent of dance class.
I just got the Stott Pilates essential matwork tape. GREAT!!! If you want to get involved in Pilates this is a wonderful starting point. She does the entire mat series and concentrates on proper technique.
On nights when I don't want to work out but I know I have to, I use MTV's The Grind video (yes, with Eric from the Real World). It let's me dance around for an hour and not feel like I'm exercising.
