I discovered tonight that anger is a great tool for exercise. I've been so stressed out and angry lately. I did my tae bo video tonight - the advanced version! - and I kicked the shit out of someone in my imagination. I've never done anything like that before, but damn, it works.

I don't know if I've lost any weight because I'm not weighing myself. I feel less bloated, though. I'm drinking all of my water. I'm working out 4-5 times per week. Slap me and wake me up but I think it's becoming a habit.

I do have a goal. I'm going to Milwaukee this summer to visit my sister, look around, and go to Summerfest. I want to be thinner for all of that! The trip is 5 months away. I'd like to lose at least 30 lbs by then.

I have been doing Not Bad! I jogged again this weekend--this time running for a whole 1.5 miles and walking 1.5 miles. And I was with Chris, so I ran a little faster than last weekend.

I also lifted weights this week and did yoga once. I plan to do that again this evening.

Some days I've eaten pretty well. On Tuesday, I went to Wendy's to get some fries and a Frosty, and instead I got a salad! But then on Wednesday I did go get the fries and a Frosty--and paid for it by dripping Frosty all over my favorite yellow shirt.

Chris and I have not bought our usual cookies and other desserts from the store in over two weeks, so we have either not had a snack after dinner, or we have had hot cocoa. We're doing all right. No weight lost yet, though.

Hey all. I haven't been around much because I honestly haven't been doing very well. Over the Holidays I kind of just let myself go. Intentionally. But, now I'm starting to try and get back in the mode of things again. Or, at least I'm trying. It felt so good to notice my pants were a little looser. I'm fearing that I am gaining it all back, though. I'm having one of my weigh-ins tomorrow. Right now, I really need to pay attention to the scale because I can slide pretty far without even noticing it.

We'll see what happens.
