New Year! Let's get serious. I am very definitely serious. I refuse to spend another New Year's Eve pissing and moaning about how I didn't get in shape this year. No more!
I'm not sure if I'm going to count WW points or what, but for this week, I'm just watching the portions and making better choices.
I bought a good Pilates book and I will get serious about that. Other than just making better choices and moving my fat ass, I'm not going to pressure myself to lose X amount of lbs. I figure that if I truly do what I should be doing, the weight will take care of itself.
I'll try to post here as often as I can. So if I'm the only person posting, so be it! But I'm getting serious!
