At
least 4 weeks prior to the event, the Owners require Host to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming the
Owners as additional Insured single limit coverage not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence insuring against any claim for
damages for bodily injury, death and property damage with respect to the leased premises or use of the premises. Insurance
must include coverage to include 'host served' alcohol.
Vendors
All vendors must be fully licensed and insured, A copy
of their insurance policy must be provided to site manager within by two weeks before the event.
