Policies
Amplied music is allowed but it must stop by 10:00 p.m.
A wedding or event coordinator is required. You may hire
the site manager, Weddings By Diana, an experienced wedding & party planner for your event (fee not included in site fee) but
outside licensed coordinators are acceptable also. The coordinator needs to be on site to ensure that all policies are followed.
This includes during the delivery and set up of the rentals, the wedding or event day itself and the break down
and clean-up.
All vendors are required to be fully insured and licensed.
Outside alcohol is permitted but if alcohol is to be sold on the premises, an ABC license is required.
Host needs to provide portbale restrooms (one for every 50
guests).
Host needs to provide security guards (one for every 50 guests).
The pasture is available for parking but valet parking
is still required. If a shuttle is used, which would be ideal, then a few parking directors must be on hand for the few cars
that don't use the shuttle.
Additional lighting is needed for evening weddings and events.
Set up may be done the day before the event and rentals may
be delivered the day before and picked up on the Sunday or Monday after the event. Additional fees may be reuired if a two
day set-up is needed.
Dance floors,
heat-lamps and any other heavy equipment placed on the grass must be removed at the conclusion of the event and put in place
the same day so as to protect the grass.
In case of rain,
a canopy will be necessary. A contingency canopy plan is always a good idea and it would be easily set up on this property.
Children under
12 must be fully supervised by adults. The swimming pool and the rocks on the property are dangerous for unsupervised children.
Property must
be left exactly as it was found. All clean-up is to be done at end of event. Caterer is to leave garage clean as well as entire
property.
