Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays ~ $7500.00 (up
to 150 guests)
For larger event - check with estate manager for pricing.
Smaller Dinners,
Parties, other events and Weekday Weddings:
price dependant
on number of guests, event duration and day of week. Inquire with site manager.
Weddings By Diana
Coordinator fee (optional): $2500.00 & up (fee varies with each event dependent on day, date, size of group and complexity
of event)
Deposit is 50%
of fee and must accompany contract. Balance of fee is due 30 days before the event.
Additional Cleaning/
Damage/Security Deposit: 3000.00 refundable within 10 days after the event.

All
day use of property for the wedding ceremony and reception or other event on the date specified.
