Such additions/changes as I might be making will go into existing sections. If that happens I'll find some way to make it clear that a page has changed.

You needn't bother waiting and checking back. In general, if the button still reads "...Other" that page will not have changed.

HOWEVER, if ever the button occupying that position in the hierarchy does turn into anything else you can rely on new content having been added -- under a new label.
