Worthy to note...

We like to "run" repairs for a period of time before shipping, due to the fact that electronic components will tend to "fail" after a period of time. The technical term for this is "MTBF" (mean time before failure). Certain products tend to be more "touchy" than others. For example pinspotter boards are more likely to fail than a scoring board. This is due to the fact that a machine chassis can vary in voltage GREATLY from chassis to chassis, thus creating more stress on electronic components. We prefer to allow a period of time to elapse before we ship to avoid this. If you are in a BIG hurry to get a repair back, please tell us before hand so we will "rush" the job and bypass this step. But please understand this could possibly affect the performance of the repair.

PLEASE DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE "LAST MOMENT" UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR BACKUP BOARDS IN PLACE FOR TOURNEMENTS OR LEAGUES!

This business is a "one man show", in other words, I am the only person involved. I hope to add some additional employees soon, however this is difficult due to the fact that these electronics are specialized. If you have a special need (ie: a lane down, a tournement coming up, etc.) PLEASE call me and let me know your circumstances. I will try my hardest to get you up & running in time for your event! Please bear in mind that due to these types of repairs I will push back "less critical" jobs to meet these demands.
