Both tournaments use the same format.
We play on 5 grass fields.
There will be 4 teams, chosen randomly, on each field. You will play the other 3 teams on your field. You will then be
ranked 1-4 on your field based on your win/loss/tie record.
Teams will be regrouped to different fields. Each new field will have a new 1-4 ranked team. Again you will play all the
other 3 teams on your field.
All of these games are short 2 inning games. These games are designed to just let the players get warmed up and there
are no extra innings
That totals 6 games, 12 innings, against 6 different teams.
After those 2 phases of round robin play, all teams will be ranked 1-20 and set into a single elimination tournament.
The first round game is 3 innings with each round increasing by 1 inning until the championship game of 6 innings.
