Bases are awarded by the location of the BALL, when it FIRST touches the ground, regardless of player involvement or player
location.
pitch count starts 0-1
hit by pitch is a ball
Each player on a team must pitch equal portions of the outs.
You decide when to switch. Between innings or between hitters it does not matter. Once you start a batter you must finish
with that batter. When the game is over, each player must have pitched half the outs of that game.
