Professional Background:
During her career as a psychologist, mediator, divorce coach, collaborative law coach/child specialist and consultant; she has worked effectively with individuals, families and businesses to solve complex problems. Her original training as a mediator was in 1978, in divorce mediation, subsequently in 1994 she received additional training as a mediator, which focused on but was not limited to work place conflict and contract disputes. Since the 1980’s she has been working in the areas of family law and business as a mediator, coach and psychologist. She is an experienced mediator in private practice and is also retained by the Superior Court, Coconino County as a mediator.
Mediation Experience:
Her expertise in child development, communication skills, coaching, life transitions and issues related to divorce and co-parenting enhance her ability as a mediator in the Family Law disputes. She is able to mediate complete divorce agreements as well as mediate co-parenting plans while attorneys address the property settlement for divorcing couples.
Having received training about the nature of conflict, appreciative inquiry, coaching executives for creativity and innovation and communication skills she is prepared to be highly effective in resolving work related conflicts.
