OBIT: FRIEDLINE, Pearl Cooley Beverlin "Minnie", Hunter, MO - Mrs. Minnie Pearl Friedline, 77, of Rt.1 died at 1:5 a.m. today in the Doctors Hospital. She had been ill six months. Born March 5, 1895 in Rock Island, Ill. Mrs. Friedline moved to Carter County, MO nine years ago from Muscatine Iowa. She was a member of the Methodist Church. In 1909 she married Millard Beverlin and he died in 1960. She later married Jacob Friedline and he survives. Also surviving are sons Kline, Willard and Virgil Beverlin, all of Poplar Bluffs, Emery Beverlin of Hunter, Gene Beverlin of El Monte, Calif., Frank Beverlin of Kelseyville, Calif., Paul Beverlin of Ferndale, Mich., and Millard Beverlin of Warren, Mich.; daughters, Mrs. Margaret Holen of Muscatine, Iowa, Mrs. Olive Fulkerson of Sylmar, Calif., and Mrs. Marie Ann Martin of Oxley; a step son, Louis Friedline; 47 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. Mrs. Friedline's funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Hunter Methodist Church. the Rev. Milton Gearhart will officiate and burial will be in the Highland Cemetery. Last rites for Robert Beverlin, nine-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Millard Beverlin, 416 ½ East Second street, fatally burned in an accident last Sunday were held at 2 p.m. today at the Fairbanks chapel. The Rev. Guy Hunting of the First Friends church was in charge. Robert Strouse served as vocalist with Miss Eda Critz at the organ. Flower attendants were Alberta Lewis, Darlene Adams, Nada Keever and Pauline Sprague. Casketbearers were Melvin Doak, Bobby Garrison, Gene Lane, Charles Schmitz, Bobby Holt and Melvin Serrells.
