Five and a half years have past since we started our fulltiming adventure, and I’ve revamped our website a bit. Many, many things have changed through these years, so I thought that it was time to do that.

The main reason that we chose the fulltiming lifestyle was to travel. Since we “hit the road”, however, our travels have been somewhat limited because of medical issues. These early travels are posted in the Travelogues section. This year, 2006, however, we've been out in California visiting many old friends and family, but we've not really been doing any "touring", so to speak. Our intention for this rest of this year is to get back to that "touring", so stay tuned!!!!!

Of the previous sections, DJ’s Journal is still here, basically chronically our “medical odyssey” and the subsequent move from a fifth wheel to a motorhome. For reference, Our Road to Fulltiming is also still here, although, understandably, some of the information may be outdated. Please email me if you have any questions about the fulltiming lifestyle. I’ve deleted Photo Gallery, but I’ve kept the photos of our fifth wheel and motorhome in Our RV.

I've added another category to the site that will give our readers a quick overview of what we've done, seen, and experienced in each year that we've been fulltiming. At the end of each of these years, I have mailed a "newsletter" to all of our friends and relatives who don't have internet access. I've now posted them to the website. Just click on "Newsletters" on the left to read them!!!!

Because of the convenience of the internet, I have opted to delete the Campgrounds section. I have found a website called RV Park Reviews that really does much more than I ever could accomplish in that department!!! Please check out the website, and I’m sure that you will agree with me.

We hope that you enjoy our site!!! Please don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions or comments about what I’ve written. We love to hear from fellow fulltimers and “wannabes”!!!!

PS--- I have written this site the "old-fashioned" way, writing the HTML, using a laptop with 1024x768 pixels on a 15" screen. Since the placement of pictures can vary according to your screen size, I have tried to compensate for that by not using the "random placement" method. Please let me know if you're having any difficulty with the pictures, and believe me, I apologize for any inconvenience to you!!!
