The Bureau of Election Records (Commission Issuance Section) is the repository of all elected public official's oaths. Obtaining a certified copy of any of the oaths on file will cost $10 each. They will need to receive your request and check payable to the Department of State before they can process your request for a certified copy.
To get a certified copy of a judge's oath of office, send a $10 check or money order payable to Department of State to

with a brief letter explaining what is desired, whom-if a county or circuit judge (if you know), where to send it and a phone number in case there is a problem getting the information requested.
They will mail it via U.S. Postal Service unless you include a prepaid courier slip for it's return.
