GENERAL INFORMATION

Our Chapel is designed for romantic, intimate, and affordable weddings. It is
specially decorated with a wedding arch, flowers, and seats for 100 persons.
There is music to make the setting for your wedding
complete. Included in our service is an officiant, who is a retired judge, but you
are welcome to invite your own minister or officiant to perform the ceremony;
please remember their fee is not included in our price.
Getting married is a once in a lifetime experience and even though you may have limited funds, you should strive to obtain the best wedding ceremony available. The chapel is available 15 minutes before the hour and must be vacated 45 minutes after the hour for the specific ceremony selected. We allot each wedding a specific time period in accordance with your request, so that there is sufficient time to perform the ceremony and take pictures. Therefore, time is of the essence.

Marriage licenses are obtained from Gary King, Dupage County Clerk. There is a $30.00 fee.

OLD TOWN BLOOMINGDALE
Old Town Bloomingdale is an enclave of buildings from the late 1800's. Some of the buildings are the original City Hall, the home of Bloomingdale's first school teacher, the train depot, and the ice house. The "Big House" was a three story summer home built for Charles Hollenback, a sausage maker from Chicago. These buildings are now a collection of charming shops and restaurants. After visiting many of the shops in Old Town the visitor can enjoy a meal in a barn restored and converted for your dining pleasure. The Old Town Wedding Chapel is located in the train station on Third Street in Old Town. It is the main attaction of Old Town and has been in business for over seven years. The chapel is the first of its kind in the State and is establishing Bloomingdale as the wedding capital of Illinois. Everyone is welcome! BE A PART OF OLD TOWN BLOOMINGDALE HISTORY Old Town Wedding Chapel is going to construct a brick walkway to and around the old station where it is located with the name and year of parties who were married there. This is your opportunity to have your wedding set in brick for everyone to see.
The cost is $70.00 per brick. This includes the printing on the brick, the installation and the
opportunity to become part of Old Town Bloomingdale history. Return with your relatives and
friends to visit the place of your marriage, Old Town Wedding Chapel, and show them your
place in Old Town History.
