SCORING
We are using the low point system, no throwouts, with first place scored as 3/4 point. DNS, DNF and DSQ are scored as the number of boats racing that day plus one. Ties are settled by the one that beats the other the most times, and if still tied, by the results of the last race. See the Racing Format Page for details of the Number of Races, Handicapping, Trophys, and the A and B Fleets.

If you are the race committee and do not race, you will be scored the average of all your other races in that series for the races you worked as race committee. If you loan your boat to a visitor during racing, you will be scored "rc" for those races, which is the average of all your other races during that event.

There were 12 skippers and 6 boats with the transmitters being passed around so frequently that the finishes got a bit mixed up. Lets call this a practice race day and start the Frostbite Series Scoring on the next raceday

To qualify, you must start at least 50% of the races. Trophys are based on 3 qualified, one first place trophy; 5 qualified, one first and one second, etc. See the website Format Page for details.
