Official Call to State Conference
To the following members: Elected State Officers, Immediate Past State President/Historian,
Chairpersons of State Standing Committees (or duly authorized representatives); District Directors or Assistant District Directors,
Local Organization Presidents (or duly authorized representatives); Corresponding Secretary and Nominations Chair. Only those
listed may vote at the
Pre-Conference Board of Directors Meeting, Friday, May 18. Every member may enter
into discussion; those in good standing, who have paid full Conference registration, may vote at the General Meeting.
All who registered are welcome at all meetings and meals.
Registration and Meals: Registration fee is $50.00 (paid by everyone) postmarked
by May 1, 2007. One-day fee is $35.00. Registrations postmarked after May 1, 2007, must include a $10.00 late fee. Make checks
payable to: BPW/WA Annual Conference and mail with registration form to: Carolyn Leeper BPW/WA Annual Conference 1181

Room reservations must be secured by April 13, 2007, to receive BPW Conference rates. $103.00 plus tax (single/double).
Availability is limited to the number of rooms held under the BPW agreement until sold out or until April 13, 2007.
Cancellation or Refund Policy Refunds will be made if a cancellation request is received, in writing, by the registration
chair, prior to May 1, 2007. A processing fee of $10 will be charged for refunds requested after that date. No refunds will
be made for no-shows.
Guest/Member Participation Policy:
Those portions of the program/agenda marked in italics or with a star are open to members only. Your name badge is your
entry authorization.
