Trina manages projects for the Support & Services Domain (S&S) within the Systems Integration Processes
& Tools (SIP&T) organization of the 787 Program in Everett, WA.
She handles complex activities that span multiple functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures,
while building credibility, establishing rapport, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders at multiple levels.
Trina represents the S&S Leadership Team at various prioritization meetings to ensure business needs are
adequately considered. Assist SIP&T Leadership Team in the conducting of Accelerated Improvement Workshops.

Is the owner of Eye 2 Eye Graphics. She works one on one with small and mid-size business owners to
create unique, sophisticated and memorable identity brands that get their businesses noticed and remembered by their ideal
clients.
Nancy’s community involvement includes:Teaching Senior High Sunday School at Shoreline Covenant Church,
Shoreline, WA and oversaw a service project in December 2006, through Shoreline Covenant Church that raised over $1,300 in
monetary and gift donations for the organizations "Treehouse" in Seattle, WA and "1304 House" in Shoreline, WA.
Nancy also donated identity design and event promotional collateral design for the first annual 2006 Photo
Vision Award event presented by The Photographic Center Northwest, Seattle, WA.

Caroline is in charge of Marketing products, direct sales, interviewing and recruiting, client
development and management, networking to develop business and to promote business, training, development and motivating of
down-line jewelers, management of down-line jewelers, event coordinator, publisher of a monthly e-newsletter.
Caroline attended the University of Calgary, where she earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing
degree.
She has received numerous awards including 2-Sapphire Awards with FAC 2003 & 2004
