I provide rigid,one-on-one training,employing the most current research in exercise physiology and sports medicine.My focus is on strength-training and development of lean body mass.Don't call me if you want to "tone"-we are talking serious strength and muscle here.You can do it-I know because I have.I don't allow excuses,poor form,or crybabies.Sorry-but there are plenty of trainers out there that will take your money and ...two years later,you've made no progress.I will show you a definate improvement in your strength and muscularity.You will amaze yourself.
