agencies, we know where we stand in terms of resources, manpower
and training.
You will find at the end you are asked for comments. I always
welcome complaints, criticisms or negative comments, with this caveat, if you
voice those kinds of things, I expect you to offer suggestions or solutions
for your complaints, criticisms or negative comments. Workable solutions that
take into consideration other related factors and activities.
