Vinny Federal Withholding Payroll Tax Calculator 2008 for Windows Mobile or Pocket PC is a shareware utility program for anyone that wants to calculate Federal payroll withholding, Social Security and Medicare taxes during calender year 2008. When federal withholding or tax rates change during 2008, free program updates will be available to registered users from the Vinny Graphics home page. Payroll.exe runs on any Pocket PC using Microsoft [.net] Compact Framework.

The program is very easy to use and contains hints and help.

1-Select the Marital Status and Pay Period radio buttons.
2-Enter number of dependents claimed.
3-Enter total or gross salary for selected pay period.
4-Enter other or misc salary adjustments, use minus(-) for deductions.
5-Tap on [Calculate] button to calculate Fed Taxes and Net Salary.
6-Tap on [Menu][Copy] to copy all values to Windows clipboard.
7-Tapping on a single value will transfer it to the Windows clipboard.
8-Tap on [Menu][Clear] to start the process over again.

Make sure you are running Microsoft ActiveSync version 3.7 then click or double click on the file NETCFSetup.msi and follow the instructions on the screen to install the .net Compact Framework on your Pocket PC 2002 or earlier.
